Why are all my bank transactions are not showing up?

Missing older transactions? Here’s what’s happening:

Step 1: Initial sync shows 60 days

When you first connect your bank, Tabby immediately pulls the last 60 days of transactions so you can start working right away.

Step 2: Full sync takes up to 24 hours

Tabby then pulls your full requested history in the background:

  • Tabby can pull up to 18 months of transaction history via Plaid
  • The full sync typically completes within 24 hours
  • Larger date ranges (e.g., 12 months) may take longer

Step 3: Check for bank limitations

Some banks restrict how far back we can access; here are a few we have seen that have limits:

  • Mercury Bank: 90 days maximum
  • Capital One: 90 days maximum
  • TD Bank: 60 days maximum

We need to wait the full 24 hours to see what your specific bank allows.

Step 4: Upload older transactions manually

If your bank doesn’t provide the full period you need:

  • Download bank statements (PDF, CSV, or Excel)
  • Go to Bank Connections → Upload
  • Tabby will automatically categorize everything
