Q: My bank connection isn't showing all my transactions. Why?
If transactions are missing, check the following:
Wait 24 Hours: The initial import can take up to 24 hours to fetch the full history (Year-to-Date).
Bank Limitations: Some banks only allow third-party apps to pull data from the last 60 to 90 days. If your history is cut off, you will need to manually upload PDF or CSV statements for the older periods.
Tabby’s Capacity: If the bank has no limitations, Tabby can generally pull up to 24 months of history.
Q: How do I import older transactions (past 90 days)?
Many banks (including TD Bank and Capital One) limit the history provided to third-party apps to 90 days.
Option 1: Download a CSV or Excel file from your online banking portal and upload it to your Tabby dashboard manually.
Option 2: If your bank only provides PDF statements, please email them to support@usetabby.com, and our team will assist you with the import.
